How can I make an appointment?

We might be in a session or away from the phone so please leave us a message  or fill out the Contact Us form and we will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

What time will you arrive for my appointment?

We arrive fifteen (15) minutes before your appointment to ensure the necessary set-up to begin your session on time so that you can receive your full time.

Must I be completely undressed for my massage?

Most massage and body work techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however, the choice is yours. We want you to be completely comfortable. We ensure you that either way you will be properly and modestly draped during your entire session.

I have never had a massage before, what type of massage is right for me?

This depends on many factors. We encourage our clients to ask questions. Our experienced team of professionals will guide you through choosing the right service for you. Our goal is to please you.

Are gratuities or tips expected?

Gratuities are not expected or necessary, but of course they are an excellent way to let the massage therapist know they’ve done an outstanding job.

What hygiene precautions are taken at mobile massage?

All vinyl surfaces of tables, face rest, bolsters and hands of the therapist are sanitized with hospital-grade wipes before each massage and fresh linens installed.

What if I want to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Our time is valuable and we booked out that time specifically for you, and we may have turn someone else away, so please be courteous and respect our time. Please try to give a 24 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Are there contraindications for massage?

Yes. Medical contraindications include but not limited to: uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, fractures, herniated discs, malignancy, numbness or tingling in any part of the body, especially the hands and feet. Please inform your massage therapist of any acute or ongoing health conditions before your massage.

I’m pregnant. Can I still get a massage?

Absolutely. Massage can be very beneficial for women during pregnancy. However, we ask that you have passed your first trimester, so please be sure to let your therapist know so they can ensure your safety and comfort.
